Gramona Argent Gran Reserva Cava 2008

The year of vintage will personalize the making of the Chardonnay cuvée as well as the aging of this cava, only done to seek the perfect ripeness of Chardonnay grapes in a great cava sparkling wine.   This Gramona Argent Gran Reserva Cava 2008 is presented with 34 months' aging.  The whole wine-making process including the bottles is hand-made.  The complexity of this cava means it can adapt to any occasion and the most exquisite dishes.

Gramona, sets up in Yr.1881 in Spain with over 130 years history, produces the top quality and longest aged Cavas, with high recognition in the world.

Sight: Straw yellow, with new golden highlights.

Nose: It offers full ripeness in the nose. Intense and dynamic, it combines the genuine aroma of white fruits (dessert pears), exotic, large stone fruits and a flower bouquet with a fresh "fines herbes" accent and excellent aging tones: vanilla, baker's custard, puff pastry and toasted flavours.

Taste: Full-bodied with a fluid feel that expands with a lively sharpness, long and intense after-taste with allusions to ripe fruit, spices and smoked flavours.
